Another Delicioso Colombian Treat


Sweet treat my daughter-in-law made last night!!!

Receta Colombianas:

AREPUELA O ANISITA

INGREDIENTES
Harina de maíz
Azúcar
Sal
Anís
Aceite
PREPARACIÓN
Agregue a la harina una cantidad proporcional de agua, entretanto súmele el azúcar, la sal y el anís. Cuando la masa esté un poco suave, haga bolitas del tamaño de una arepa normal y aplánela con un rodillo o con la mano.

Las arepuelas o anisitas deben quedar delgadas, de tal modo que se puedan esponjar al freírse.
